Abang Johari said what is important for Sarawak is to have a stable government to continue its efforts to fight Covid-19 through the national immunisation programme.

He explained that the local trainees will have engagement with the foreign trainees and create friendships whereby thereafter they could create a networking among them which would be beneficial for them and Sarawak in the future.

The centre, located at Sungai Petian, aims to meet the needs of the middle region of Sarawak by upskilling the local community, improving their employability and creating more job opportunities in the state, especially for the people in Mukah, Dalat and nearby areas such as Bintulu and Miri.
Meanwhile, he said rural areas received much bigger allocation under his administration because he wanted to make sure that the rural people could enjoy basic facilities especially electricity and water supply.
