The edges are faintly golden yet offer a subtle crunch encasing the moist middle.
There was chairs provided outside the cafe for us to sit but I felt more comfortable forgoing the mid day heat and sit in my car instead.
Wagyu burger was alright, would incline toward some surface for the patty and more grounded kind of the actual meat.
2ND Floor Kitchen & Bar @ TTDI, Kuala Lumpur
In the cocotte the potatoes retained a soft firmness infused with fluffy, cheesy mousse.
The outcome is a rich, creamy and flavourful dish.
I did manage to get a bite of this and was pleased I did.
