Reckless - Reckless Behavior

I enjoy a good romantic suspense, but this was more of a romantic mystery with not a whole lot of suspense.

A substantial and unjustifiable risk is a risk of such a nature and degree that the conscious disregard of it or a failure to perceive it constitutes a gross deviation from the standard of conduct that a reasonable person would observe in the situation.

Luke and Kell end up working together to figure out who the murderer is while falling for each other in the process.

This one also has some suspense and good action scenes too.
